We provide hotel style guest accommodation in Torquay, on a bed and breakfast basis with the option of a freshly prepared 3 course evening meal. Deposit: A deposit of the first nights accommodation cost is required for all bookings. Confirmation by credit or debit card: If the guest does not arrive or cancels the booking, charges will be made as per the cancellation policy below. Full payment of holiday is due on arrival (less deposit paid) Payment method: Cash Credit cards: a 2% charge will be added to the total bill Debit cards: No charges apply Cheque's: We can only accept payment by cheque if it is received a minimum of 7 days prior to your arrival Cancellation Charges: Six weeks or more before the start of the reservation : Full refund, less deposit Between six weeks and twenty one days prior to arrival : 50% refund of remaining holiday value Less than twenty one days prior to arrival: No refund given. You are liable for the full cost of the accommodation reserved. We strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance. This can be provided through the Chesterfield with Guest First, or arranged privately by yourselves. No allowances can be made for temporary absence, meals not taken, or accommodation vacated before the expiry of the reservation Check-in times: Accommodation is available from 2pm until 6pm (Late check-in after 6pm by prior arrangement) Accommodation must be vacated by 10am on day of departure and all keys returned to reception Any damage to, or removal of, hotel property will be chargeable and must be paid for in full.
