3. At Kerswell Gardens Roundabout take the 1st exit onto Riviera Way - A3022  (signposted Torquay)
4. Continue forward onto Riviera Way - A3022 . Entering Torquay
5. At traffic signals bear right  (signposted Brixham, Paignton)
6. Turn left onto Mill Lane
7. Turn right onto South Street
8. Bear left onto Belgrave Road
